How do I submit a request for quote?

Start by adding products you are requesting a quote for into the shopping cart.  Once your shopping cart has all the items needing a quote, click on the “Request Quote” button on screen.


In order to request a quote, you need to create an account on  If you have an account already, enter your account email address and password to sign in.   If you do not have an account, click on “Register” to create an account.


After you have signed in, you will be taken to the Request Quote page.  Enter a description for the quote name, and any additional comments you may have for this quote request.


Review the product items in the shopping cart list and click “Request Quote” to complete your submission. quote requests are typically responded to within one hour to one business day. Quote requests received during non-business hours will be responded to during the next business day.

How do I convert a quote into an order?

Once an Accu-Tech customer service agent has fulfilled your quote request, you will receive an email notification to review your request.

  • Login to your account
  • Click on quote history to review your quote
  • After reviewing the information provided on your quote request, you can:

    1. (1) Accept the quote and place the order. To convert the quote to an order, simply click “Checkout” and complete your order by providing your shipping and payment information.
    2. (2) Edit and resubmit the quote request including comment explaining your updated needs e.g. faster lead time, or change in quantities, and click “Resubmit Quote”.
    3. (3) Decline the quote by providing a reason for not proceeding and click “Resubmit Quote”.


How do I place an order for a product bundle?

When you are on a product bundle page, you will see a collection of items listed. To add a specific item to your shopping cart, enter a quantity for that line item and click “Add to Cart”. To add multiple items to your shopping cart, enter a quantity for each line item and click to “Add to Cart” button either at the top or bottom of the screen.

How do I use a promotion voucher?

To use a promotion voucher, type the code provided in the “Enter Promotion Code” field on the shopping cart screen and click “Apply”.

How do I create an account on

To create account, click on “Register” or “Login” in the top menu. Complete the required information fields and click “Register".

How do I recover a forgotten password?

To recover your password, click on “Login” in the top menu, then click on “Forgot your password?”.   Enter the email address linked to your account into the “Email Address” field, and click “Send Email”.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

How do I review my order status and shipment status?

Log in to your MyAccount page. Click on Order History then select the order you want to review shipping status for.

How do I modify or cancel my order?
