Does Accu-Tech offer contract or volume pricing?


Please contact your local Accu-Tech sales representative regarding contract and volume pricing options.

Does Accu-Tech handle sales tax exemptions?


If you are eligible for sales tax exemptions, please provide us with your completed tax exemption documents. While your tax exemption status is being processed, you will be charged sales tax on Accu-Tech.com purchases. After your tax status has been approved, Accu-Tech will refund the sale tax you have paid and your will not be charged tax on subsequent Accu-Tech.com purchases.

How long does it take to process an order?


Orders placed on Accu-Tech.com are typically processed within one business day. Orders received during non-business hours will be processed the next business day.

What shipping/delivery options are available?


Parcel shipments can be sent regular ground, 2 business days, or next business day. For non-parcel shipments, Accu-Tech offer LTL and other shipping options. Please contact your local Accu-Tech sales representative for more details on your shipping options.

Which payment methods are accepted by Accu-Tech.com?


United States & Canada only: Customers may use both account payment terms as well as credit cards for Accu-Tech.com purchases.

All other countries and regions: Contract pricing and payment terms are required for use of Accu-Tech.com. Credit card payment are not accepted outside of the United States and Canada at this time.

What is quantity break pricing?


Quantity break pricing is a price discount based upon the quantity purchased.

What is multiple parts search?


Multiple parts search allows you to quickly search for many products at once. Simply enter a set of either manufacturer part numbers or Accu-Tech part numbers into the search box, separated by a comma for each part number.

What is a product bundle?


A product bundle is a collection of products grouped together for easy sourcing and ordering.

Does Accu-Tech ship outside of the United States?


 

Accu-Tech has 35 branches. Click here to find your nearest sales location. Currently, credit card orders placed on Accu-Tech.com can only be shipped within the United States.

What are Accu-Tech.com's customer service business hours?


Accu-Tech.com Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. United States Eastern Time except on public holidays.

What can I do if I have an out-of-hours project emergency?


For out-of-hours emergencies, call 866-682-2046 and you will be transferred to a representative in your area.

Does Accu-Tech.com have a timeout for your session?


Your session will timeout if there was inactivity for 30 minutes.

Is Accu-Tech.com available to all customers globally?


Usage of Accu-Tech.com is currently available to all customers within the United States and Canada. Outside of the United States and Canada, contracted B2B customers with customer account numbers may complete the registration option to be notified when this service becomes available in their area.

How long will it take for my registration to be processed?


United States and Canada: Registrations typically complete within 5-7 business days.

Globally: Accu-Tech.com is currently expanding to offer support to more customers across the globe. During this time, only select customers will be onboarded to the site. A registration request can be submitted to express your interest. Once this service becomes available in your area, your registration will be reviewed and you will receive a notification with your access information through the contact information you provided.
